Do I need prior IT experience to join?
No. Tracks are structured from fundamentals upward — Desktop Support and Networking tracks are built for freshers.
How are mock interviews scheduled?
Pick a mentor and an open slot on the calendar; you get a Google Meet or Zoom link automatically after payment confirmation.
Is the certificate valid for job applications?
Yes — each certificate carries a unique QR code and a public verification link recruiters can check.
What payment methods are supported?
Razorpay, which covers UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Stripe and PayPal are supported for international students.
Can I switch tracks after enrolling?
Yes, Pro and Career plan members can access all tracks — no need to switch, everything is unlocked.
Do you offer placement support?
The Career plan includes 1:1 mentor guidance and referrals to our 180+ hiring partners.
